Saydam A.Ş. is developing housing and tourism facilities projects on the estates it owns.
Gömeç:
Due to the lack of high-standard international tourism facilities in Gömeç district of Balıkesir province, we are developing a concept project to build a “Caravan and glamping facility” for international and domestic caravan travellers on our estate behind Derkent Beach. We believe that these facilities will make significant contributions to the national and regional economy.

Lüleburgaz:
1:5000 and 1:1000 development plans of our 36,502 m² estate located in the Lüleburgaz development zone have been completed, and the urban transformation project according to Article 18 of the Law No. 3194 is expected to be completed soon. Works of pre-project concepts consisting of residential and commercial areas on our estate are continuing.
The Kapıkule-Edirne high-speed railway construction is planned to be completed in 2023. The fact that the high-speed train station and the University area are very close to our land and that the municipality and all officials are reserved for the zone that has been opened for development will enable the district’s centre to be moved here in a short time.
